- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship from our Waltham MA warehouse Monday-Friday. It usually takes 1 business day (M-F) for your order to be processed before shipping but there can be delays. Normal delivery time for shipments to the 48 contiguous U.S. states for in stock items is 3-7 business days via ground service. Custom designs and personalized items may take up to two weeks to ship.

- We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.
- Returns & Replacements
- Quality merchandise and service are a priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, you may return most items (Halloween Costumes are an exception-read below) to us for an exchange or merchandise refund. All returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt and must be in original, re-sellable condition unless the item(s) are defective or damaged in shipping. We cannot accept returns of items that have been washed or worn. We are not responsible for garment shrinkage, as it is the responsibility of the consumer to launder products according to the washing instructions.
- Clothing items that do not fit - Please note that we cannot guarantee that the items you ordered will fit to your satisfaction. If you were sent the size you ordered and it does not fit, you may exchange for another size or return for a refund of the cost of the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are also processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. PLEASE NOTE: When requesting an exhange, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. We refund shipping costs only if the return is due to our error.
